Guided workflows

Start from an employment-research task, not a blank prompt.

Tribuno's first public-facing workflow set is intentionally narrow: it helps users inspect common Employment Tribunal research patterns with citations and caveats.

Tribuno provides Employment Tribunal research assistance and legal information only. It does not provide legal advice, representation, or guaranteed outcome prediction.

Five controlled starting points

These workflows are not exhaustive legal coverage. They are practical entry points for source-cited research and controlled early-access evaluation.

Workflow rules

What every workflow must preserve

The same guardrails apply whether the user starts with unfair dismissal, reasonable adjustments, ACAS process or remedy research.

Selected sources only

Memos should cite decisions the user selected and reviewed, not every search hit.

Separate Lens context

ACAS, statute, procedure and higher-authority material should stay distinct from ET comparables.

No outcome prediction

Workflow output should support research judgement without promising likely results or merits.
