Data retention overview
Tribuno keeps retention guidance visible because live-case profiles and research workflows may include sensitive employment-dispute information.
Live-case profiles
Live-case profile content is kept while the workspace or matter remains active. Inactive live-case profiles should be reviewed after 12 months. Completed self-service deletions are recorded as audit evidence.
AI-provider records
AI-assisted profiling and memo drafting may create provider, model, token and cost metadata for traceability. Tribuno aims not to store full prompts in operational logs, and generated output remains research support only.
Research files and memos
Research files and generated memos retain source links and caveats while the workspace is active. Inactive research workspaces should be reviewed after 24 months, or earlier when the workspace is closed through account data controls.
Operational records
CloudWatch and PostgreSQL operational logs default to 30-day retention. Non-content provenance and audit metadata may be kept longer to evidence deletion, export, security and source-lineage handling.
Export and deletion path
Users can export workspace data and close the workspace from account data controls. Support remains available for privacy questions or account problems, but export and deletion do not require an email request.
