Live-case data

Live-case profiles and research workflow context may include sensitive employment-dispute information. Enter only what the research task needs and remove obsolete test profiles when they are no longer useful.

Retention baseline

Inactive live-case profiles, research files and memos should be reviewed periodically. Use account data controls to export workspace data or close the workspace.

Deletion and export

Account data controls let you download a structured export and close the workspace with safety checks. Public tribunal/source records are not deleted by account closure, and minimal non-content audit evidence may be retained.
